Return Process

3. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and include the RAN with your return package.
5. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
